Amiable staff that we were amazed with. the location was marvelous for traveling around Domodossola, a short walk to the center of Domodossola's main piazza and adjoining streets and lanes.

Nice hotel, all of the staff were helpful and amiable, stunning location close to the train station. Location: the property was really close to the city centre, and the old town. Found Bar Roma with perfect drinks 200 metres away.

The rooms are comfy and warm, equipped with a kitchen. the location is marvelous and perfect for exploring Domodossola, situated next to the main piazza, the old town, and the mountains.

The rooms here are quite peaceful with a kitchen and the location is very convenient in the city center, all for a good rate of £86.

The room had a comfortable bed, a luxurious bathroom with a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a television.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city center, restaurants, and the train station.

The staff here are outstanding and deserve a 3-star rating, plus the convenient location and on-site parking make it even better.

As a senior woman, I absolutely loved staying at the Domus Residence in Domodossola. The hotel's decoration was charming and elegant, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable place to relax and socialize with other guests. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with amenities and facilities designed to accommodate our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns. I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during my stay.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance from the children working there. Sometimes, it would have been nice to have a bit more personalized attention, such as help with luggage or assistance navigating the surrounding area.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! We were in Domodossola for a few days and chose Domus Residence due to its convenient location near the train station. The facilities were amazing, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised to find an elevator, which was a rare find during our travels. The staff, particularly Margherita, was incredibly helpful and multilingual, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Booked this place for a great central location near the main square, old town, and city center.

The value for money at Domus Residence was excellent, the room was spacious and well-appointed with high-end fittings. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

The breakfast offerings could have been more diverse.

The property was well-maintained and safe. The check-in employees were delightful and accommodating. Our room was large, immaculate, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The location was excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. We loved the complimentary fruit! It was a great value for the price. Plus, we would undoubtedly return for another visit.

There was one reservation issue that we encountered throughout our stay. We were informed that check-in hours were limited, which was inconvenient for us.
